Milestones
2006 FSU won the SELC Championship for the first time in history. Lost in the first round of Nationals to Cal-Poly.
2005 Second consecutive trip to Nationals. FSU finished 4th after an upset of BYU.
2004 Bill Harkins Named Head Coach. Took the team to the USLIA National Championship for the first time in history. Resulted in an early loss to BYU.
2003 First winning SELC season and first appearance in the SELC Championship in Atlanta, GA. Resulted in a loss to Auburn.
2002 Hugh Nunn named Head Coach. FSU finished 5-5 in the SELC. First Non-Losing Season is SELC play.
2000 FSU Joined the SELC.
1996 Florida Lacrosse League College Division State Champions.
1995 Florida Lacrosse League College Division State Champions.
1994 Florida Lacrosse League College Division State Champions.
1993 Florida Lacrosse League College Division State Champions.
1992 Florida Lacrosse League College Division State Champions.
1991 Florida Lacrosse League College Division State Champions.
1982 Florida Lacrosse League State Champions.
1978 First Win versus Geogia Tech. Score was 4-2.

First Winning Season (8-7). Beat UF for the first time 10-3.

First Lawsuit against FSU. Player on USF sued when he had a fight with an FSU player and had his jaw shattered. The following game against USF had only the police present.
1977 FSU Lacrosse Club Founded. First Game Ever Played by the Seminoles resulted in a 33-1 loss to The University of South Florida. Season record was 0-10.
